The factors which effect the resin powder coating result

Motor resin powder coating machine is widely used in small dc motor wiper motor,car motor EPS motor,E-bike motor and so on.

There are mainly to ways to coat the motor parts.

One is electrostatic powder coating, the electrostatic generator produce electrostatic and the powder will stick to slot surface,lamination surface and armature lamination side, then heat the powder resin to cure it.

The other is pre-heat the armature or stator, and dip the armature to fluid bed to let the powder stick on surface,

and then post curing them by oven.

There are factors which will effect the coating result, below are main factors ,

1.The powder resin, there are famous brand powder in the motor insulation field, such as 3M,Akzo Nobel  and so on.

Powder are widely used all over the motor manufacturing field. And how can the not so famous powder supplier survive? Sometimes not the famous brand occupy all the advantages.

2.The powder coating workpiece itself, its out diameter, stack height and so on.

3. Three, even the coating enviroment have some effect the coating result.

4.The motor coated  machine which coat the armature and stators are very important,the parameter which can settled on machine also effect the coating result.
